Duties & Responsibilities
Provide attentive, professional table service throughout the dining experience
Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, specials, and beverage selections
Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail offerings
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Deliver food and beverages with proper presentation and timing
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Maintain table cleanliness, proper place settings, and dining room appearance
Coordinate closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, paced service
Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned
Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred (but not always required)
Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills
Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of wine service and food pairings is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
