Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, professional table service throughout the dining experience

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, specials, and beverage selections

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail offerings

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

  • Deliver food and beverages with proper presentation and timing

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests

  • Maintain table cleanliness, proper place settings, and dining room appearance

  • Coordinate closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, paced service

  • Handle payments and process transactions accurately

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

  • Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience preferred (but not always required)

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills

  • Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Knowledge of wine service and food pairings is a plus

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
