Duties & Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused
Take in-person and phone orders accurately using the POS system (Pages)
Answer menu questions and make food and drink recommendations
Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the drawer
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders
Prepare simple beverages (coffee, iced drinks, etc.) as needed
Maintain a clean, organized front counter and dining area
Assist with packaging to-go orders
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company policies
Qualifications
Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred
Comfortable learning and using a POS system (Pages)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
