Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service

  • Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused

  • Take in-person and phone orders accurately using the POS system (Pages)

  • Answer menu questions and make food and drink recommendations

  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the drawer

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders

  • Prepare simple beverages (coffee, iced drinks, etc.) as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized front counter and dining area

  • Assist with packaging to-go orders

  • Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties

  • Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred

  • Comfortable learning and using a POS system (Pages)

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
