Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain consistency, quality, and proper portion sizes for all dishes
Assist with menu planning, specials, and recipe development
Perform prep work, including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients
Supervise or assist other kitchen staff as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering ingredients
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience as a cook, chef, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
