Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards

  • Maintain consistency, quality, and proper portion sizes for all dishes

  • Assist with menu planning, specials, and recipe development

  • Perform prep work, including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients

  • Supervise or assist other kitchen staff as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen

  • Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering ingredients

  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines

  • Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a cook, chef, or in a similar kitchen role preferred

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused

  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
