Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service

  • Engage with guests, take drink and food orders, and make recommendations when needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

  • Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies

  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking

  • Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred (but not always required)

  • Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be dependable, positive, and a team player

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

  • Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
